A September 18 workshop in Ho Chi Minh City, organized by the city’s University of Culture with the Vietnam Folk Arts Association and UNESCO’s Vietnam office, discussed arts education amid digital transformation and cultural-industry growth. Speakers said AI and technology are changing creation, production and distribution.
