Ban Sac 2026 uses the theme of connection to give young people an online space for cultural learning and creative content. Running from September 15 to October 26 on bansac.vn, the programme receives direction and content support from Vietnam's Culture Ministry.
Participants can choose creative vodcasts or online knowledge quizzes. The second edition builds on the 2025 programme and encourages personal interpretations of history, heritage and everyday culture. The September 30 feature explains participation in an ongoing programme, rather than announcing its first launch that day.
