Kim Jae Bin, 18, has reached the final group of 16 in Sao mai 2026 as its youngest contestant, Thanh Nien reported. The Vietnamese-Korean singer returns to competition after concentrating on study at the Ho Chi Minh City Conservatory and developing his songwriting. He said he hopes to bring energy, dance-oriented music, instrumental skills and an interest in arranging to the programme. Competing alongside more experienced singers presents a challenge, but he remains confident in his individual style. His confirmed result is a place in the group of 16, not an overall title.
