Mekong Capital is considering the transfer of its MEF III investment in F88 as the fund approaches its 12-year lifespan. Chairman Chris Freund told VnExpress on September 30 that MEF III had held the investment for more than a decade.
MEF IV plans to retain its F88 holding until 2030. Mekong Capital wants to wait for a HoSE listing to strengthen valuation and negotiation prospects instead of selling immediately. The plan does not confirm an identified buyer or a completed exit.
