My Tam said the early allocation of 10,000 tickets for See The Light 2 sold out within five minutes. The concert is scheduled for November 21 in Ho Chi Minh City, with another ticket sale planned for October 21, VnExpress reported.

Early allocation sells quickly

Speaking on October 15, the singer said she was surprised by demand. The reported pace exceeded that of her Hanoi concert the previous year, when the first 10,000 tickets took 38 minutes to sell.

The announcement concerns the early allocation rather than all tickets available for the show. Another sale remains on the published schedule for people who missed the first round.

Early purchasers in the Super VIP category are expected to attend a soundcheck with My Tam on November 20. That activity is scheduled for the day before the main concert and applies to the announced ticket category.

Rehearsals and production planning

My Tam, music director Hoai Sa and the band have finalised the performance list. She has also begun intensive physical conditioning and choreography rehearsals. Detailed staging and the show's visual concept are to be announced later.

VnExpress reported that the earlier See The Light concert attracted 40,000 spectators, distinguishing a solo artist's concert from large events featuring multiple performers.

My Tam began singing professionally at 17 and has worked in music for more than two decades. Her major live productions include Yesterday & Now in 2004, Tri am in 2022 and Heart beat in Ho Chi Minh City. She has also expanded into film and documentary production alongside her recording and concert career.
