Vietnam's State Securities Commission is testing the transfer of listed shares from HNX to HOSE, with completion targeted for 2026, Bao Chinh phu reported. At an October 6 briefing, officials said the precise timing would depend on impact assessments and technical results. Other ideas under study include trading through the lunch break, adjusting price limits and creating share-market segments. The regulator stressed system safety and said a timetable would be announced when conditions were ready. These proposals should not be treated as trading rules already in force.
