Ngọc Hân revisited the pressure following her Miss Vietnam 2010 win in episode ten of Tọa độ việc làm, which focused on event-industry careers. Alongside director Hoàng Công Cường, she discussed resilience, knowledge and long-term planning.

Past controversy informs career choices

She recalled feeling unsettled by criticism that she did not deserve the title when she was 21. A teacher's question about how she wanted to be seen five or ten years later helped her think beyond immediate reactions.

Sixteen years on, she views her work as an answer to those earlier concerns. This is a retrospective account of 2010, rather than evidence of a new controversy.

On incorporating traditional culture into modern settings, she stressed aesthetic judgment and knowledge. Hoàng Công Cường described event work as demanding, with heavy workloads requiring courage and commitment.

A practical opportunity on the programme

Applicant Ngọc Minh, a journalism graduate and Miss World Vietnam 2025 contestant, sought a role directly. Although her initial résumé did not impress the director, her responses to challenges, clear communication and willingness to begin with small tasks changed his assessment.

He offered a creative-specialist opportunity with a six-month trial period. Ngọc Hân supported the applicant's energy and willingness to work. The offer shown in the programme does not mean the trial has been completed or permanent employment established.

Ngọc Hân encouraged younger people to try different responsibilities before limiting themselves to one position. The episode connects personal experience with concrete examples of pressure, learning and adaptability in event work.
