Lưu Đình Phúc appointed head of Publishing and Libraries Department
Luu Dinh Phuc has been appointed head of Vietnam’s Publishing and Libraries Department, while Le Quang Tu Do takes charge of the Press Department, VnExpress reports.

Luu Dinh Phuc has been appointed head of Vietnam’s Publishing and Libraries Department, while Le Quang Tu Do takes charge of the Press Department, VnExpress reports. Culture, Sports and Tourism Minister Lam Thi Phuong Thanh presented the decisions on October 9 as part of the ministry’s reorganization. The Publishing and Libraries Department covers publishing, printing, distribution and libraries. The Press Department’s remit includes print and other press activities as well as radio and television.
