Vietnam's culture ministry launched the Thanh âm Việt Nam creative programme at an event on 12 October, VnExpress reported. Its strands include music quizzes, videos about personal memories and creative work using melodies, voices, instruments or everyday sounds. Entries are accepted until 30 November, with awards planned for December. The programme aims to build resources for cultural preservation and promotion, inviting participation from people in Vietnam and abroad interested in Vietnamese music.
