Vietnam’s Ministry of Industry and Trade has published Circular 61/2026/TT-BCT, issued on September 26, 2026, together with national technical regulation QCVN 32:2026/BCT for electric-vehicle charging posts and stations. The ministry’s document page states that it takes effect on July 1, 2027, and is not yet in force. That date is distinct from the publication of the announcement. The notice does not establish that all existing equipment has been assessed against the new requirements. Technical provisions, coverage and any transition arrangements need to be checked in the complete text.
