Activities for the fourth Mong Ethnic Culture Festival opened at Muong Thanh pedestrian street in Dien Bien on the morning of October 9. Bao Van Hoa reports cultural displays from 11 localities, featuring traditional crafts, products and community exchanges. The festival program includes khen music, costume presentations, sport, folk games and food experiences. Its focus is the preservation and sharing of Mong cultural traditions alongside the promotion of local culture and tourism.
