Thai Nguyen is preparing to join the fourth Mong Ethnic Culture Festival in Dien Bien from October 9-11, Bao Van Hoa reported. The event is expected to bring together artisans, performers and community athletes from 11 provinces for cultural, sporting and tourism activities. Thai Nguyen's delegation is preparing traditional khen music, clothing presentations and cultural experiences. The programme is intended to support exchanges on preserving heritage within community life. These activities remain preparations for the forthcoming festival, rather than a report of an event already completed.
