Taylor Swift premiered the music video for her single “Patient Zero” at the MTV Video Music Awards, Variety reported. The video tells a fictional, eerie story and features guest performers.

The VMA screening was the video’s official debut after a short teaser. Its events belong to the work’s plot, not to a real-world incident.
