Techcom Life says its charter capital has increased from VND1.9 trillion to VND4.3 trillion. VnExpress's October 17 article reports Finance Ministry approval for the VND2.4 trillion addition following a Techcombank resolution on June 30.

The insurer plans to invest in technology, products and distribution. The article presents the capital disclosure rather than an independent audit of every transfer and business activity.

Reported new-business premiums

Licensed in July 2025, Techcom Life expanded nationwide from January 2026. It reports second-quarter first-year premiums of VND534.7 billion.

The third-quarter figure was approximately VND652 billion, up 22 per cent quarter on quarter. The company says it remained among the five leading life insurers for new-business premiums and maintained a strong bancassurance position.

Those are specific insurance-sales measures, not profit, total revenue or an independent ranking of contract quality.

Technology and underwriting

The company is developing iProtek, Tori and LUMOS Engine for advisers, operations and customer processes. An August partnership with reinsurer RGA introduced OnePass accelerated underwriting.

Techcom Life says nearly 38 per cent of applications qualify for the feature. The single-health-question process applies to eligible cases, rather than every customer.

It also discloses customer satisfaction of 4.9 out of five and an NPS of 89, alongside One Mount Group's strategic technology and data role.

Chief executive Mukesh Pilania described the capital increase as evidence of shareholder commitment. Future performance will determine how those resources translate into products, distribution capacity and customer outcomes.
