Vinhomes Ha Tinh Industrial Park Investment raised its charter capital from VND 11.5 trillion to VND 21 trillion, an increase of VND 9.5 trillion. VnExpress cited a company disclosure saying the additional contribution was in cash; Vingroup owns the company outright.

The company is developing infrastructure for the Vinhomes Vung Ang industrial park in Ha Tinh. The capital increase does not mean the park has been completed or all project spending has occurred.
