Ubisoft named its former Creative House 2 studio group Massive Entertainment, led by Christoph Hartmann. From September 30, relevant development teams in Montreal, Paris, Sweden and Toronto operate under the shared identity.
Its portfolio includes “The Division,” “Ghost Recon,” “Splinter Cell” and new properties such as “March of Giants.” The group remains part of Ubisoft, which continues publishing and distributing its games. Hartmann is the former Amazon Games chief who joined Ubisoft; Amazon references in archival material do not describe his current role.
