The Vietnam Football Federation (VFF) on 26 October announced the ticketing plan for the Gia Lai VTV Cup 2026, an international U23 friendly tournament at Pleiku Stadium in Gia Lai province from 10 to 14 November. Tickets will be sold online only, exclusively through the Techcombank OneU app (formerly OneU), at three price levels: 200,000, 300,000 and 400,000 dong. The first sales window opens at 15:00 on 28 October.
Four teams take part: hosts U23 Vietnam, U23 Thailand, U23 Singapore and U23 Qatar, playing a single round robin to decide the final standings. Tickets are sold per match day, and one ticket covers both games played that day. The organisers ask fans not to leave the stadium between the two matches.

Delivery and stadium rules

The original ID card or passport must be shown on receipt, and anyone collecting on another person's behalf needs an authorisation letter plus copies of both people's ID documents. Undelivered tickets can be collected at the Pleiku post office, 69 Hung Vuong Street, Tay Son ward, from 9:00 to 11:30 on the three match days. The support hotline is 1900 545481.
According to the VFF and Báo Văn Hóa, flares, sharp objects, pepper spray and banned substances are not allowed into the stadium, and fans who break the rules can be refused entry without a refund.
Why Pleiku is excited
Thanh Niên reported that this is the first major international football tournament in Pleiku for many years, made possible by HAGL and the club's owner, known as bầu Đức, as part of Gia Lai's National Tourism Year 2026. The paper also pointed to a generation born in 2005 or later who are impressing in the V.League and the second tier, including Văn Bình, Nguyên Hoàng, Quang Vinh, Lê Phát, Văn Thuận and Quang Kiệt, plus overseas Vietnamese players Minh Hoàng and Đăng Khoa. What's next
Tuổi Trẻ reported that U23 Vietnam are expected to assemble on 8 November, in the same window as the senior national team, with the squad list due before or after round 7 of the 2026/27 V.League. For fans, the key dates are 15:00 on 28 October, when the first sales window opens, and 5 November, when deliveries begin. Further ahead, U23 Vietnam will defend their regional title on home soil (Vietnam to host the 2027 Southeast Asian U23 championship for the first time). Upcoming games are listed on the Vietnam national team fixtures page.
