Casper Cup organisers plan to open in-person ticket sales at Thiên Trường Stadium in Ninh Bình at 09:00 on 9 November. In its 6 November notice, the Vietnam Football Federation said this sale period would end at 19:00 on 11 November or when tickets sold out, whichever came first.

The VFF listed three prices: 200,000, 300,000 and 400,000 đồng per ticket. The notice covers the period through 11 November; it does not establish whether a later sales phase will be offered.

Where and when to buy

The counter is at stand D of Thiên Trường Stadium, 5 Đặng Xuân Thiều, Nam Định ward, Ninh Bình province. The VFF listed regular hours of 09:00–11:30 and 14:00–16:30, with sales continuing to 19:00 on the 11 November matchday.

Organisers said the plan and method of distribution could be adjusted according to circumstances for security and safety. Buyers are responsible for looking after their tickets once purchased.

The notice also prohibits sharp objects, fireworks, pepper spray, comparable items that could cause injury and prohibited substances in the event area. Organisers said they could refuse admission without a refund to spectators who do not comply with the rules.

Three matches at Thiên Trường

Thanh Niên reported that Vietnam are scheduled to meet Chinese Taipei at 19:00 on 11 November and Kyrgyzstan at 19:00 on 17 November. The two visiting teams meet at 19:00 on 14 November. The tournament runs from 11 to 17 November at Thiên Trường.

This is the senior national team’s Casper Cup in Ninh Bình, separate from the U23 friendly tournament in Gia Lai. Thanh Niên said coach Matt Ross had named 25 Chinese Taipei players, including midfielder Chen Po Liang, who had 98 national-team appearances. See Vietnam national team fixtures.
