Vietnam's trade ministry issued Decision 2652/QĐ-BCT on 13 October 2026, extending anti-dumping measures on certain polyester filament yarn from India, Indonesia, Malaysia and China for five years. Its expiry review found a risk that dumping and injury to domestic producers would continue or recur if measures ended. The review began in 2025 for measures introduced in 2021. Authorities will coordinate with customs to monitor implementation after the decision takes effect.
