The ministry says the system has been tested using July and August data. Scores consider disbursement against national benchmarks or annual targets, performance against registered plans and compliance with reporting requirements.
Participants were instructed to standardize inputs and avoid errors such as confusing monthly and cumulative totals, using incorrect units or failing to confirm entries. Input quality was identified as essential to producing scores that reflect actual performance.
The ministry will continue refining guidance and the platform following feedback. Results are intended to support progress monitoring and problem-solving, using four assessment levels ranging from very good to unsatisfactory disbursement.
