Cao Bằng held three e-commerce and AI training conferences on October 5-6, the Ministry of Industry and Trade reports. More than 100 participants, including officials, businesses, cooperatives and household traders, attended the program organized by the provincial industry and trade department with eComDX. Sessions covered online-market oversight, selling skills, advertising transparency and practical digital tools. The training seeks to improve operating capabilities, but attendance figures do not measure subsequent sales or business performance.
