Daniel Dos Anjos scored twice as Becamex TP.HCM came from behind to beat CLB TP.HCM 2-1 at Ba Ria on October 18.
His winner arrived in the fourth minute of stoppage time, preserving Becamex TP.HCM's unbeaten start to the 2026-27 second-tier season.
According to Tuoi Tre, the visitors reached seven points after three rounds and stood fourth, two points behind Thai Nguyen. They were level on points with Hung Yen and Khanh Hoa but behind on goal difference.
Hosts take the lead
CLB TP.HCM opened the scoring in the 35th minute despite the visitors' stronger pre-match billing.
An inaccurate back-pass from Nguyen Hung Thien Duc allowed the hosts to launch an attack, and Jermie Lynch finished to make it 1-0.
Becamex coach Gerard Albadalejo changed his attack after half-time, introducing Hoang Vu Samson in place of Bui Van Binh.
Substitutes help turn the match
Samson won a penalty after being pulled back by Nguyen The Dung inside the area. Dos Anjos converted in the 64th minute to equalise.
Both sides continued to attack, but the contest remained level until stoppage time.
Ha Duc Chinh, another substitute, supplied the ball into the decisive move. Samson challenged for it, and it reached Dos Anjos, who produced an overhead finish past goalkeeper Thanh Thang in the 94th minute.
The intervention of Samson and Duc Chinh helped the visitors complete their comeback.
The fixture was a second-tier meeting between CLB TP.HCM and Becamex TP.HCM. The similarly named clubs finished with very different outcomes: the hosts surrendered their lead, while Becamex remained in the leading pack.
