FIFA asked a US federal court to reject UEFA’s request for evidence concerning the abandoned FIFA Forward Enterprise proposal, the Guardian reported. UEFA sought documents and testimony for a planned criminal complaint in Switzerland against Gianni Infantino.
In its response, FIFA denied undervaluing commercial rights and accused UEFA of presenting misleading claims to exert pressure. UEFA alleged inadequate consultation and governance in developing the proposal. These are the parties’ positions in the dispute.
