A fictional couple encounters a major storm
Koo plays Jin-mo, a graduate of a prestigious university who now has an ordinary office job. Han plays his wife Jae-yi, a talented former publishing-house employee who is now a stay-at-home mother and hopes to become a YouTuber.
The characters are considering divorce when they travel home for a relative's wedding. A huge typhoon interrupts the visit, providing the central disaster-and-escape situation for the comedy. Their marriage and possible separation are elements of the screenplay, not claims about the performers' real relationship.
Director and supporting cast announced
The cast also includes Oh Jung-se, Han Sun-hwa and Kim Eung-soo. Lee Jeong-ho, whose previous films include “Broken” from 2014 and “The Beast” from 2019, is directing.
The reported start of filming places the project in production during October. The following year's release remains a plan, while the English title is explicitly provisional. The source gives no exact opening day or confirmed Vietnamese distribution arrangements. Further filming and distributor announcements are the next developments to watch, rather than ticket sales for a release already fixed.
