Park Hang-seo's Kanchanaburi FC lost 2-1 to Phrae United after taking the lead in Thai League 2's fifth round, BongdaPlus reported on 11 October. The defeat extended their winless run to four matches. An opening-day victory had been followed by three draws, leaving Kanchanaburi with six points from five games. Their early results have complicated the club's ambition to compete for promotion.
