The second World Culture Festival in Hanoi is scheduled for October 1–4 at the Thang Long Imperial Citadel. Organizers announced an October 1 opening program combining Vietnamese performances with cultural exchanges involving international groups.

The schedule also includes visits and cultural experiences on later days.
