The second World Culture Festival in Hanoi closed at the Thang Long Imperial Citadel on October 4 after four days of exchange. Culture, sports and tourism minister Lam Thi Phuong Thanh highlighted participation by 50 countries and international organisations alongside artists and craftspeople. Organisers presented commemorative awards to international delegations. The closing message emphasised dialogue, respect for differences and culture's role in development, marking the conclusion of the festival rather than another opening event.
