Liverpool Women will host Manchester United at St Helens Stadium in the Subway Players Cup on Wednesday, 21 October. Kick-off is 7pm BST, equivalent to 1am on Thursday, 22 October in Vietnam.
Liverpool's announcement directs supporters to live coverage on the official Barclays Women's Super League YouTube channel. The match is Gareth Taylor's side's third fixture in the competition's opening phase.
An overnight start for Vietnamese viewers
The six-hour difference from BST moves the Vietnamese viewing time into the following calendar day. Supporters planning to watch should therefore use the early hours of 22 October rather than the evening of 21 October.
The fixture concerns the women's teams and takes place at St Helens, rather than Anfield. It is a Players Cup match, separate from the men's Premier League competition. The WSL fixture page also lists the same teams and venue with a YouTube link.
Part of the route towards the quarter-finals
The official competition page describes a 23-club opening phase in which each side plays six matches. The top eight progress to the quarter-finals, followed by semi-finals and a final.
The St Helens meeting is therefore part of the initial programme rather than a trophy-deciding match. Liverpool still have fixtures to complete in that phase. The current announcement establishes the venue, time and official viewing route, while the lineups and result remain matters for the match itself.
