By September 30, 18 of the 19 teams for the 2026 League of Legends World Championship had been confirmed, BongdaPlus reported. The final berth remained unresolved, so the participant list was not yet complete.
The event is scheduled to start in the United States on October 15 with the Play-In, followed by the Swiss Stage and knockouts. The final is planned for Brooklyn, New York on November 14. This is the game’s world championship, separate from the ongoing Asian Games competition.
