BIDV has offered for sale debts totalling more than VND600 billion owed by Ba Huan and Ba Huan Thanh Hoa High Technology. Ba Huan's own outstanding balance was nearly VND495 billion as of September 23, including principal and interest.
Collateral includes factories, land, poultry facilities, equipment, inventories, receivables and equity interests. This is an offer to sell debt claims. The report does not confirm a completed transaction or establish that the businesses are bankrupt or that all secured assets have been sold.
