Hanoi’s VinFast–Trong Dong stadium remains under construction roughly nine months after work began, according to Thanh Nien’s report and site images. The design calls for 135,000 seats, with work underway on all four stands.
The article said the structural phase was targeted for completion by late 2026 and the whole project by July 2027. The 135,000 figure is planned capacity, not a present-day spectator count or evidence that the stadium is open.
