Hours are 7:30–11:30am and 1–5pm. Director Tran The Thuan will receive citizens, with Deputy Director Le Van Thai assigned if urgent duties prevent his attendance.

The venue is the reception room at 164 Dong Khoi, Sai Gon Ward, or another location announced beforehand. Citizens should follow departmental updates.
