Ho Chi Minh City is consulting on a draft infrastructure-investment policy that could cover 50% of interest on HFIC loans for parking-facility investors for up to five years. VnExpress reported that comments on the draft were open until October 1.
The policy remains a proposal; parking projects have not automatically received the subsidy. If adopted, the city would review loan agreements and support levels case by case.
