Seven players and four officials will miss round 6 of the LPBank V.League 1 2026/27, according to the suspension list published by league organiser VPF on 28 October. The officials include two head coaches, Harry Kewell of Hanoi FC and Paulo Foiani of Bac Ninh. The affected matches are played between 30 October and 1 November.

Two head coaches in the stands

Kewell was shown a red card by the referee after Hanoi FC's round 5 defeat to SHB Da Nang, following strong protests at the officials, SGGP reported. Fitness coach Bruno Luis Inarra was also suspended under a disciplinary decision by the organisers. Both will miss Hanoi FC's home game against Ninh Binh on 30 October, and SGGP said Kewell's absence from the technical area will cause the capital club some difficulty.

Foiani was also sent off in round 5 and will not be able to direct Bac Ninh when they host Hoang Anh Gia Lai on 30 October. Bac Ninh technical analyst Nguyen Van Phong is banned for the same match, also for a red card, according to the VPF list. SGGP highlighted that game as an important one near the bottom of the table, with both clubs fighting relegation.
