Vietnam's seafood exports to China, including Hong Kong, reached approximately USD2.3 billion in the first nine months, up 33% year on year, according to VASEP. The market contributed about 62% of the industry's additional export value, rather than 62% of all seafood exports. Overall exports exceeded USD9 billion, rising 11.4%. China's domestic supply and competition from other exporting countries remain factors that could affect prices and demand.
