England's women beat Greece 5-0 in Leicester to complete an 8-1 aggregate victory and advance in the 2027 World Cup playoffs. Lauren James and Alessia Russo each scored twice, with Georgia Stanway adding the other goal, the Guardian reports. England will face Ukraine over two legs in November and December. The win moves the team closer to the tournament in Brazil, but qualification remains dependent on the decisive playoff tie.
