A single ticket won the Jackpot 1 prize of more than VND199.9 billion in Vietlott's Power 6/55 draw on the evening of 24 October 2026, VnExpress reported, citing lottery operator Vietlott. The winning numbers were 06-07-18-41-44-50. The jackpot had been building for more than two months. After personal income tax, the winner could take home about VND180 billion, meaning roughly VND20 billion goes in tax.
Vietlott said it would announce details of the winner and where the ticket was sold once its review is complete. When VnExpress published its report, neither had been made public.

Together, the first, second and third tiers produced more than 45,500 winning entries in the draw, while the Jackpot 2 prize of more than VND4.2 billion went unclaimed.
Among Vietlott's ten biggest paid-out prizes
According to VnExpress, the prize ranks among the 10 highest-value Vietlott prizes to have found a winner. The largest Jackpot 1 on record was nearly VND345 billion, paid to a self-employed man in Ho Chi Minh City in July 2025, so this one is worth about 58% of that record.
Vietlott is a state-owned enterprise in which the Ministry of Finance represents 100% of the capital, and it sells through a nationwide network. It operates alongside 63 traditional lottery companies that belonged to the pre-merger provinces and cities and now operate across three regions. 2026 is the first year Vietlott has set a revenue target above VND10,000 billion, equivalent to average daily sales of about VND30 billion, nine times the level of a decade ago.
