Bac Ninh is promoting energy savings and waste-treatment improvements across its industrial clusters to reduce emissions, Vietnam’s Ministry of Industry and Trade reported. The province currently has 94 clusters covering about 3,617 hectares.
Its 2030 direction includes broader use of efficient-energy measures and an 8–10% saving against a business-as-usual scenario. Those are policy targets and work in progress, not achievements already recorded across all 94 clusters.
