Vietnam's Ministry of Industry and Trade held training on September 30 in using an online system to manage science, technology and innovation projects. Departments, research institutes, universities and other ministry units participated, alongside the National Foundation for Science and Technology Development.
Department head Nguyen Thi Lam Giang said the system digitises projects throughout their lifecycle within a unified national database. Training covered accounts, functions and practical questions, with the aim of reducing paperwork and processing time. The session does not establish that every project has completed the transition.
