Vietnam's Finance Ministry has requested shorter processing steps for company dissolution, VnExpress reported on 12 October. Registration offices are asked to forward information to tax authorities within one working day and update status after obligations are confirmed complete. The guidance retains requirements to settle debts and other asset obligations and have no pending court or arbitration dispute. A deadline for an individual step does not mean every company's entire dissolution can be completed in one day.
