Chelsea have announced television changes for four Premier League fixtures in December, covering games against Crystal Palace, Liverpool, Manchester City and Aston Villa. The club also repeated the previously announced timings for away matches at Coventry City and Ipswich Town after Christmas.
The Aston Villa fixture remains conditional on Carabao Cup participation, so its current date may change again.
Palace, Liverpool and City timings confirmed
Chelsea host Crystal Palace on Wednesday, December 2 at 7.30pm UK time, with Sky Sports showing the match. That is 2.30am on December 3 in Vietnam.
Liverpool's visit remains on Saturday, December 5, but kick-off moves forward to 12.30pm for TNT Sports coverage. Vietnamese viewers can follow the game at 7.30pm that evening.
The trip to Manchester City is scheduled for Saturday, December 12 at 5.30pm, live on Sky Sports. In Vietnam, kick-off falls at 12.30am on December 13.
Villa date carries a qualification
Aston Villa are due at Stamford Bridge on Monday, December 21 at 8pm, equivalent to 3am on December 22 in Vietnam. Depending on Carabao Cup participation, the match could move to Saturday, December 19 at 8pm, or 3am on December 20 in Vietnam.
Chelsea then visit Coventry on Sunday, December 27 at 2pm and Ipswich on Wednesday, December 30 at 8.15pm. Those correspond to 9pm on December 27 and 3.15am on December 31 in Vietnam.
The club's original announcement uses UK times. The seven-hour December difference means several evening fixtures fall on the following calendar day for Vietnamese supporters.
