Vietnam's tax authority has announced eight administrative-processing rules applicable from 30 September, VnExpress reported on 13 October. Officials must proactively handle eligible files, monitor delay risks and update taxpayers when problems affect progress. The rules call for clear initial guidance, use of existing data and active coordination to avoid internal bottlenecks. The announcement sets service requirements and does not demonstrate that every outstanding taxpayer file has already been resolved.
