EVN’s Electricity Power Trading Company, EPTC, has asked renewable-energy developers to renegotiate prices for periods when plants operated commercially but lacked the relevant acceptance approval, VnExpress reported. Its proposal would cap negotiated prices at transitional tariff ceilings, with individual rates subject to talks. Developers have raised a different position, asking for recognized commercial-operation dates to remain valid and opposing retrospective treatment. The report therefore describes a negotiation request and the parties’ competing arguments. It does not establish that all contracts have been amended or that new prices have been agreed.
