Chinese Taipei’s Fu Chao-hsuan won the Asian Games men’s high jump gold after clearing 2.25 m. India’s Sarvesh Kushare reached the same height, but Fu cleared it on his first attempt while Kushare needed a second.
SGGP described it as Chinese Taipei’s first Asian Games men’s athletics gold in 60 years.
