Who is Mai Anh?
Born in 1996 in Hải Phòng, Mai Anh stands 1.74 m tall, with measurements of 84-65-94 cm. She reached the top 10 at Miss Cosmo Vietnam 2025, where she also won the Sports Beauty award and made the top five in the Beach Beauty category.
She graduated in business administration from the Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology in Ho Chi Minh City and now works as a professional model and catwalk coach, so she came to the contest with experience both on the runway and training others.
Áo dài on an international stage
Throughout the competition, Mai Anh used the traditional áo dài and Lãnh Mỹ A silk to introduce Vietnamese culture; one of the áo dài she wore was designed by Trung Đinh. As quoted by Tuổi Trẻ, she said wearing the áo dài brought compliments and questions from international audiences about the outfit, and that she was delighted to explain it was the traditional dress of Vietnamese women.
For Vietnamese followers of modelling and pageant contests, the result extends the country's record at Supermodel International and gives the áo dài and Lãnh Mỹ A silk a wider international audience.
