Budget revenue reached about VND36.9 trillion, equivalent to 98% of the estimate, while public-investment disbursement was VND11 trillion, over 70% of the prime minister’s assigned plan. Provincial officials highlighted tourism, retail and industrial production as growth drivers and said obstacles had been addressed for 106 of 257 stalled projects. Commitments to complete the disbursement plan and resolve further projects remain targets for the rest of the year, separate from the nine-month results.
