Quang Tri plans to mobilise nearly VND135 billion for its 2026-30 rural industrial promotion programme, VietnamPlus reported. The proposed resources include about VND54.6 billion from provincial and central sources and around VND80 billion arranged by local administrations. Targets include helping 220-250 establishments adopt improved machinery or technology and developing seven to eight technical demonstration models. Priorities cover technological renewal, greener production and market access. The funding and beneficiary figures are programme plans, rather than confirmed disbursements or completed factory upgrades.
