Thái Nguyên plans to hold its International Tea Festival from 30 October to 7 November, Văn Hóa reports. The opening is scheduled at Võ Nguyên Giáp Square, alongside experiences in local tea-growing areas. An international tea forum is planned for 31 October, followed by the “Nối vòng tay lớn” arts programme on 1 November. The programme links the province's 195th anniversary with separate Tân Cương commemorations. The announced events remain forthcoming.
